The following services are performed on your computer system:

1. Backup My Documents folder from old installation. When possible… occasionally a hard drive can be so badly damaged that information can not be recovered. We will contact you with options if this happens.
   
   
2. Secure erase hard drive (To keep any virus from re-infesting the new installation)
   
   
3. Install Windows (Your copy of Windows is used)
1. Activate Windows
2. Apply all Service Packs and updates from Microsoft
3. Setup Windows settings for high-performance
   
   
4. Install PC Tools Anti-Virus
   With PC Tools AntiVirus you are protected against the most nefarious cyber-threats attempting to gain access to your PC and personal information. Going online without protection against the latest fast-spreading virus and worms, such as Netsky, Mytob and MyDoom, can result in infections within minutes. Once infected, the virus will usually attempt to spread itself to your friends, family and associates by accessing your email contacts and networked PCs. The infection may also allow hackers to access files on your PC, use it to launch attacks against other computers and websites or to send mass SPAM email. 5. Install Spybot  (Anti Spyware)
   Spybot - Search & Destroy detects and removes spyware, a relatively new kind of threat not yet covered by common anti-virus applications. Spyware silently tracks your surfing behavior to create a marketing profile for you that is transmitted without your knowledge to the compilers and sold to advertising companies. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you haven't intentionally installed, if your browser crashes inexplicably, or if your home page has been "hijacked" (or changed without your knowledge), your computer is most probably infected with spyware. Even if you don't see the symptoms, your computer may be infected, because more and more spyware is emerging.
   
   
6. Install MalwareBytes (Anti Malware)
   Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is considered to be the next step in the detection and removal of malware. In our product we have compiled a number of new technologies that are designed to quickly detect, destroy, and prevent malware. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware can detect and remove malware that even the most well known anti-virus and anti-malware applications fail to detect. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware monitors every process and stops malicious processes before they even start. The Realtime Protection Module uses our advanced heuristic scanning technology which monitors your system to keep it safe and secure. In addition, we have implemented a threats center which will allow you to keep up to date with the latest malware threats.
   
   
7. Install Ccleaner (Clears temp files and corrects any Registry errors.)
   CCleaner is a tool to clean your system from temporary and unnecessary files that accumulate over time. This also includes rather thorough cleaning of Internet and PC usage tracks like browser cache, recently used files, web sites visited and more. You can select the items that you want cleaned and also specify cookies that should not be deleted. In addition, the program comes with a registry scanner that scans for invalid references (advanced users) and options to start cleaning automatically or from the command line.
   
   
8. Scan the backup for Viruses, Spyware and Malware. (None Detected)
   
   
9. Restore Backup to new My Documents folder
   
   
10. Do a final system check, clean any temporary files that were used.
    
    
11. Defragment the new installation and create a system restore point.
